WORSHIP

11.00 each Monday, the Woodend UC Faith Community meets. We look at the Bible reading for the day. Sometimes we watch a short film clip or read something and then talk about it. We often light candles as we pray for things on our minds.

This is followed by a community lunch at about 1pm. Anyone from the community up for a chat and to share a meal is very welcome.

For Sunday morning worship, we join with the Tylden Uniting Church at 9.30am.

OP Shop

In the Woodend Uniting Church hall next door is a thriving Op Shop and this Op Shop and the Faith Community work together to support the community by providing affordable clothing, household goods, a place for a chat, a place to pray and a community lunch.

Vision

Woodend Uniting Church is part of the Macedon Ranges Uniting Church Partnership. Its vision and focus is to develop new forms of Church that enable us to better connect with the community, and offer a place of spirituality that is more accessible and comfortable for all.
